The Secrets of the Beechworth Bakery – The Beechworth Bakery Cookbook
(2001, 2004, 2008) |
BAS Publishing , 184p, paperback
Co-authored with Tom O’Toole and Matthew McLaurin
Secrets of the Beechworth Bakery is Tom O’Toole’s recipe book
for the Beechworth Bakery.
Matthew McLaurin is the guy who appears on the cover. He had to ‘break
down’ the recipes and make them all work in a kitchen, because while
Tom certainly knows how to make 100 pies, he doesn’t know how to make
one.
